Mustard Green* Fry
*Mustard Green's scientific name is Brassica juncea
- Heat Mustard Oil
- Cut and add Onion, fry till golden brown
- Add a little Turmeric powder,Salt and mashed Garlic pods, mix
- Cut and add the Lai Xaak and Potato, mix well
- Cover with a lid and cook on low flame until done
- Serve with warm Rice.
