'Boiled & Fried' Egg Curry with Potatoes

- Egg-3
- Potato-2
- Tomato-1
- Onion-2
- Garlic-4-5 pods
- Dry Red Chilly-6
- Jeera-1 tbsp
- Garam Masala-1 tbsp
- Mustard Oil, Turmeric Powder, Salt
- Boil the Eggs and Potatoes
- Make a paste of the Onions, Tomato, Garlic, Dry Red Chillies, Jeera and Garam Masala
- Rub Turmeric Powder to the boiled Eggs
- Heat Oil
- Fry the Eggs for half a minute, keep aside
- Add the paste to the same Oil, fry
- Add Turmeric Powder and Salt, mix
- After a minute add the boiled Potatoes, mix
- After a minute add 2 cups of Water and cover with a lid
- When the water starts to boil add the Eggs
- Cook on low flame until the gravy become thick
- Serve
