Halodhir Chutney
Turmeric Chutney
INGREDIENTS:
Turmeric rhizome
- 100 grams
Fenugreek (Methi) Seeds - 1 tsp
Garlic cloves - 5-6
Green chilies - 4-5
Vinegar
Salt
METHOD:
Put all the ingredients in vinegar overnight and make a paste in the morning
