Turmeric Chutney
INGREDIENTS:
- Turmeric rhizome - 100 grams
 - Fenugreek (Methi) Seeds - 1 tsp
 - Garlic cloves - 5-6
 - Green chilies - 4-5
 - Vinegar
 - Salt
 
METHOD:
- Put all the ingredients in vinegar overnight and make a paste in the morning
 - Serve
