Lai Xaak'or Bhaji

Mustard Green* Fry

*Mustard Green's scientific name is Brassica juncea

  • Heat Mustard Oil
  • Cut and add Onion, fry till golden brown
  • Add a little Turmeric powder,Salt and mashed Garlic pods, mix
  • Cut and add the Lai Xaak and Potato, mix well
  • Cover with a lid and cook on low flame until done
  • Serve with warm Rice.
